Preparation for aquarium setup
1. Disinfection: Fill the tank with water and then pour in potassium permanganate. After about an hour, drain the water. 
2. Decoration and cleaning: For aquascape materials, except for aquatic plant soil (which requires no water washing), all other materials need to be repeatedly cleaned with clean water.
3. The arrangement of the scenery should be based on personal preference or follow recommended guidelines.
4. Install the filter according to the filtering tutorial.
5. Pour tap water into the filter and control the water level under normal use conditions (it is recommended not to use purified or distilled water). 
6. Open the filter and follow the normal installation instructions before starting to work.
7. Water clarifier and nitrifying bacteria: Add the nitrifying bacteria about 5 hours after pouring the water clarifier. 
8. Electrical products: After the aquarium electrical products are installed properly, conduct a power-on test.
9. After the tank is set up and the water is conditioned for about a week, and the water quality and ecosystem stabilize, the desired organisms can be introduced.
